  This young company (incorporated in 1994), whose main activity is the manufacture of Numerically Controlled fixed bed milling machines, has a staff of 30.
At present, it produces four types of millers:
  • K MODELS: With a table width of 750mm (model K-15) and 850mm (model K-20 and K-25), the X-axis travel can be 1500, 2000 or 2500mm. Cross travel is 800mm (K-15) or 1000mm (K-20 and K-25). Vertical travel is 800mm (K-15) or 1100mm (K-20 and K-25). Optionals include 3000rpm automatic spindle heads, 6000rpm manual spindle heads, tool magazines and chip conveyors.
  • BF MODELS: With a table width of 1000mm, the X-axis travel can be 2000, 2500, 3000 or 4000mm. Standard cross travel is 1000mm (1200mm as an option) and standard vertical travel is 1000mm (1250 or 1500mm as an option). Optionals include 3000 or 6000rpm automatic spindle heads, 6000rpm manual spindle heads, tool magazines and chip conveyors.
  • KT MODELS: With a table width of 1200mm, the X-axis travel can be 3000 or 4000mm. Standard cross travel is 1400mm and standard vertical travel is 1500mm. Optionals include 3000 or 6000rpm automatic spindle heads, 6000rpm manual spindle heads, tool magazines.
Our output capacity is 9 machines a month.
Major markets are, in order of importance, Germany, Spain, Italy and France. In Germany, the company runs a self-owned sales office: MTE Werkzeugmaschinen.
